Bill is much loved and will always be remembered by all his friends and family. William Charles White Jr. (Bill) was born in Poughkeepsie, New York to William Charles Sr. and Elise Jackson White on September 2, 1962. On the morning of December 22, 2013, Bill exchanged time for eternity. He attended primary schools in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Virginia and graduated from Fort Hunt High School in 1980. Bill received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Norfolk State University in 1986; the same year, God brought together Bill and Rhonda Chapelle Jackson. He fell in love with The Lord and Rhonda in the same season; and God blessed their marriage on November 28th 1987. Out of their union came three beautiful children. Bill went on to obtain his Master in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1996. He was a loved and cherished member of his community. He spent his time serving people as a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. He also led both the Men’s and Greeter’s ministries at Destiny Christian Church. Bill had a litany of accomplishments including tenure with: Moncure Plywood LLC, Mastec Inc, First Choice Consultants, Energizer, Warner Norcross and Judd, Steelcase, Solstace Lab Partners, Sara Lee Hosiery, Black & Decker, Pepsi-Cola; and was also the president of his Home Owner’s Association. Bill leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Rhonda of 26 years; his children Miracle White King (Edwin), William Charles White III, Majesty Elise White; one grandchild Edwin B. King Jr. “EJ”; two god daughters: Déja Turner, Davina Hancock. as well as his devoted parents, William Charles White Sr. and Elise Jackson White, sister Sybil Savage (Leroy), niece Tyler and nephew Austin Savage, Grandfather Willis C. White Sr., father and mother-in-law Curtis and Ethel Jean Jackson, sisters-in-law Dasha Jackson and Lorie (Jesse Jr.) Rainey, niece Autumn, nephews Jesse III, Caleb and Elias Rainey; as well as a host of family and friends.
